About Us
The Spencer Chamber of Commerce is invested in promoting civic, economic (retail), industrial, and agricultural development. The chamber is committed to fostering an environment which creates jobs, enhances economic opportunities, and improves the quality of life in Spencer.
Our mission is, “to provide, maintain and improve the quality of life in the Spencer area.” We do this in several ways including programming and events. Our programs are varied to include opportunities for: learning; leadership development of community members, youth, and young professionals; support for the area agricultural economy; dispersing information to visitors and new residents; recruiting new residents and businesses; celebrating the milestones of over 350 chamber businesses; and providing assistance and networking opportunities to our members and local businesses.
